Caregiver Support Program The Pennsylvania Caregiver Support Program provides resources and assistance to individuals who assume the primary responsibility for the provision of care to encourage a healthy, ongoing relationship with their care receiver. Providers who wish to submit multiple applications for multiple service locations and pay one fee should use the "Initiate Additional Application" feature and submit all applications within 7 days.
